Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Affiliate") and M3 Marketing Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), governing your participation in the British Prize Hub affiliate program. By registering an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Enrollment
To enroll, you must submit a complete application via our platform. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion, particularly if the proposed promotional methods do not align with UKGC compliance standards or our corporate values.
2. Affiliate Obligations
As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote partner brands exclusively using approved materials and tracking links provided within the British Prize Hub dashboard.
- Strictly adhere to all UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) regulations, the CAP Code, and our Responsible Advertising guidelines.
- Ensure your website and promotional methods do not contain unlawful, harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Not engage in spam, unauthorized email marketing, or any form of traffic fraud (e.g., incentivized traffic, bot traffic).
3. Commissions and Payments
Commissions are calculated based on the specific CPA, RevShare, or Hybrid deal structure agreed upon in your account. Payouts are subject to a minimum threshold of £100. Payments are typically issued by the 15th of the month following the earning period. We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity or severe compliance violations are suspected pending investigation.
4. Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the marketing materials (banners, logos) provided by British Prize Hub solely for the purpose of promoting the partner brands. You may not alter these materials without prior written consent.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all British Prize Hub tracking links and promotional materials from your platforms.
Furthermore, M3 Marketing Ltd holds the right to modify the commission structures, payout thresholds, or accepted traffic sources with a 14-day notice period communicated via the affiliate dashboard or registered email address. The 'No Negative Carryover' policy applies specifically to the standard monthly calculation cycle and does not exempt the affiliate from deductions resulting from player chargebacks, fraudulent deposits, or adjustments made by the operator for verifiable terms breaches. In instances of suspected fraud, the British Prize Hub risk management team will conduct a thorough audit. The affiliate will be given an opportunity to provide evidence of legitimate traffic acquisition; however, the final determination regarding the validity of the conversions rests solely with M3 Marketing Ltd based on operator feedback and internal analytics.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom. M3 Marketing Ltd liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the affiliate during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless M3 Marketing Ltd against any claims, damages, or regulatory fines incurred as a direct result of the affiliate's breach of UKGC marketing regulations or data protection laws.
By engaging with the Conversion Intelligence Board or utilizing the Creative Asset Studio, the affiliate acknowledges that the tools are provided 'as is' without warranties of specific performance outcomes. British Prize Hub is a facilitator and routing platform; we are not responsible for the operational decisions, platform uptime, or player retention strategies of the underlying casino operators promoted through our network.
